At Un Poco de Tul, we specialise in wedding and event planning and design, supporting you throughout the entire process to create a celebration that truly reflects who you are.
We can take care of the full planning of your destination wedding in Spain, including the planning process, sourcing and coordinating suppliers, managing the timeline and guiding every important decision so that each part of the celebration comes together seamlessly.
If you have already started planning, we can also support you with coordination, wedding design or styling. Every element is developed within a cohesive creative vision, ensuring that the final result reflects your style and the way you want to celebrate.
We take the time to get to know you, listen to your ideas and understand what you envision for your wedding day. From there, we help you organise every decision, manage the unexpected and perfect the thoughtful details that make the celebration truly distinctive.
Our goal is for you to enjoy the entire journey as much as the wedding day itself, knowing that every detail is supported by careful planning and a dedicated team making sure everything unfolds just as you imagined.

What services do you offer?
We offer full-service wedding and event planning, coordination and design. We can support you throughout the entire process or take care only of the areas where you need professional assistance.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. To give you our full attention, dedicate the time your plans deserve and understand your vision properly, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
How far in advance should we contact you?
You can contact us at any stage. We always try to accommodate each couple and confirm our availability as quickly as possible, although we recommend getting in touch well in advance, especially if you already have a specific date.
What size weddings do you organise?
We organise weddings of different sizes and styles. We have worked on celebrations with up to 500 guests, adapting the planning and coordination to the particular requirements of each event.
What type of weddings do you specialise in?
We specialise in destination weddings in Spain and highly personalised celebrations designed and planned around each couple. Our experience ranges from intimate gatherings to weddings involving particularly complex logistics.
Do you manage more than one event per day?
Yes, provided that the nature and location of each event and our team organisation allow us to guarantee the same standard of quality and attention for every celebration.
Is there a set finishing time for the celebration?
The finishing time depends on the conditions of each event, the venue and the services booked. All details are agreed in advance and specified in the contract.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit is required to secure your date in our calendar. The remaining balance is usually divided into two or three payments, with flexibility whenever possible to suit each couple’s preferences and needs.
